Hi all,

I know I should be writing to you and keeping in contact,
but I'm still resting from the festival :-)

I had a great time and hope you all enjoyed it.

my time is limited now so I can't say anything, but I will not open the
mailing list for your posts.

if you have anything to say about the festival please send it, we want
the good and the bad, the positive and the negatives.

and please send your thankyous to the wonderful volunteers who worked so
hard for this event.

if you liked the event and want to see it done again please send  an
email to info@culturewheel.com thanking al sakia for their courage and
open mindedness in hosting such an event.

and a thank you from all of us for being such a wonderful, patient and
helpful crowd.

hi all,

sorry again for being out of touch, believe it or not I'm still very
tired from the festival :-)

we've updated the festival website with a thank you message to those who
participated, please check http://festival.linux-egypt.org, you'll also
find a link to photos from the festival.

I would like to add a personal thank you to the folks from the Cairo
University Linux User Group CuLUG this group while still few days old
managed to bring a large number of volunteers at the last moment who
helped us considerably, without them we would never have managed.

I would like to remind you that the mailing list is open for your
contribution, please send to linuxday@manalaa.net anything you want to
say about the festival. 

please tell us your experience and opinion, did you like it? did you
hate it? what went well? what went bad?

we are very interested in your feedback since we plan to hold another
one in alexandria in the summer.
